"Jeff served as my Executive coach while I was Executive Director of a nonprofit teacher training program. Jeff's wealth of experience as a highly successful former nonprofit ED brought invaluable real-world perspective to our sessions. Jeff's superpower is building deep relationships. I appreciated the time he invested to truly understand my needs, strengths, barriers, and aspirations. Jeff has a rare gift for zeroing in on the highest-leverage priorities to unpack and act on, helping me cut through all of the noise that is often distracting as a leader. I also appreciated Jeff's willingness to connect me with top professionals in the field, expanding my network strategically. His emphasis on "growing your relationship world" is a principle that stuck with me and now shapes my leadership as CEO of the Washington Tennis & Education Foundation. I would recommend Jeff's coaching to any leader who wants to take their work to the next level."
