In 2013, Jeffrey Franco walked 500 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago — a centuries-old pilgrimage that attracts people from around the world seeking reflection, healing, clarity, or transformation. What began as a personal, spiritual and physical journey ultimately reshaped how he understands leadership and relationships, forming the foundation of Camino Leadership Coaching.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Jeffrey has coached more than 100 CEOs and senior leaders, guiding organizations through leadership transitions, growth, and strategic change. His coaching is grounded in real-world executive experience — including serving as CEO and Interim Executive Director for multiple organizations — and is complemented by his work designing national leadership programs through the Transformation Leadership Institute and teaching nonprofit leadership at the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy.
