Camino Leadership Coaching is designed as a structured yet deeply personal six-month leadership journey — one that develops leaders from the inside out while supporting them in real time as they navigate the complexity of their roles. Rather than focusing on isolated skills, Jeff’s approach integrates self-awareness, relational insight, and practical executive decision-making into a cohesive leadership experience. Each element of the engagement builds upon the others, creating a comprehensive framework that strengthens how leaders think, relate, and lead, while providing continuous thought partnership throughout the process.
